Swisscome fills reception blackspots

Despite the difficult topography, the Swiss telephone network is quite good but by no means perfect. Swisscom has the largest coverage in our country, but it, too, is still working intensively on improving the infrastructure. We communicated this to existing customers who already purchased products or services from Swisscom but did not yet have a mobile subscription. We used a minimally perforated direct mailing to draw attention to the troublesome wireless gaps and, with our honesty, successfully encouraged them to change their subscription.
