Industrial area marketed

Aircraft used to be manufactured there, and later the world-famous locomotives and wagons of Stadler Rail were built at this location. The Altenrhein Business and Industrial Park was very closely associated with the name of the main tenant; after all, it was a dominant employer in the region. When Stadler Rail’s partial departure was imminent, renewing the image and making the location attractive to a broader range of entrepreneurs was important. We positioned the industrial site as a reminder of Altenrheins past glorious times as a factory location. As a central information hub, we developed a website with sophisticated real estate search functions.
