Localsearch offers Swiss companies various platforms and services for them to be found analogue or digitally and to win customers. Now, a campaign should bring back customers who had jumped ship. For this purpose, we created a letter mailing that came across as a “postal return of undeliverable items”. In other words, the recipient saw himself as the sender of a letter he had never sent. The official postal return label, which everyone in this country knows, attracted a lot of attention and letter opening rates were correspondingly high. This made the recipients realize that without a Localsearch entry, potential new customers might not find them. To change this, they received a personal code for booking the local business card, with which they could immediately be found again for one measly franc per day.
