With 579,000 readers, the “Schweizerischer Hauseigentümer” is the most crucial trade journal for house and condominium owners and one of Switzerland’s most subscribed trade journals. A house in this country can easily cost a million francs or more. The readers, therefore, belong to a target group with above-average financial means – not only when it comes to building, energy or furnishing products and services, but also for the services and products from consumer and luxury goods. So we created an integrated, multi-year campaign to periodically draw the attention of advertisers from a wide range of industries to the fact that these people are likely to spend on more besides a house.
